Scag Commercial Mower Deck Restoration
A severely damaged deck was assessed, reinforced with fabricated steel, MIG welded, and inspected to extend its useful service life.
The problem
Rust and structural damage had weakened the commercial mower deck and affected serviceability.
Our repair
We fabricated a steel reinforcement panel, completed precision MIG welding, strengthened the damaged area, and performed a final inspection.
The result
The restored deck returned to service without the expense of replacing the entire assembly.
